We are deep cleaning and sanitizing more thoroughly as an additional measure to keep our stakeholders safe. None of our staff have shown any symptoms of infection and if they do become ill then they are required to get medical clearance before coming into work. With our open kitchen you are able to observe the preparation of your meal with great care by healthy, sanitary culinary staff wearing appropriate, clean uniforms and latex gloves. You are able to see frequent hand washing when necessary to prevent cross contamination. Please know that we are just as concerned as anyone and our mission is to provide 100% safe food that is also delicious, healthy and affordable. Please join us only if you are healthy and have no symptoms of illness as we are highly interested in staying healthy so that we can continue to serve the community without risk of spreading any illness our customers and family members.
